What is Mediation?

Mediation is a form of ADR, or alternative dispute resolution. ADR is a different way of thinking about and solving the problems and conflicts that arise in life. Mediation and other forms of ADR give individuals a unique ability to craft their own self-determined solutions to the conflicts they are facing.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Generally speaking, alternative dispute resolution is any form of resolution which takes place outside of a courtroom. It can take many forms and may be helpful in getting a fresh, unbiased perspective on your case, and in many cases resolve all of the issues.

Civil Mediation

Mediation is required in most civil cases before a Court will allow a final hearing. Mediation can be an effective way to navigate property, business, and other civil disputes for people who want to save their business relationship with the other party.

Domestic Mediation

Mediation in domestic cases can have a tremendous effect in the parties lives and can be a great tool to establish a healthy mindset about co-parenting for both parties. Domestic mediation also allows individuals to make their own choices about their finances, goals, and lives following a divorce.
